Mushroom Chilli


50 gr red kidney beans
50 gr sweetcorn
50 gr carrot
50 gr green peas
100 gr of mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 shallot, diced
Oregano, salt, black pepper
200 ml tomato sauce
100 ml Zims Tribe Sauce
100 ml water
Serve with cooked cous cous


Start by frying the onions and garlic with some hot oil.
After two minutes, you can add the carrots and mushrooms.
Cook for another 3 minutes.
Now add the beans, corn, tomato sauce, Zims Tribe Sauce and water.
Lower the heat and season with salt, black pepper and oregano.
Let it all simmer for about 20 minutes and serve.
