- English Garden Peas
- Zims Tribe Rosemary Thyme Lemon in Red Wine Vinegar
- Zims Tribe Spicy OH! Relish.
- 4 Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed clean
- Spinach
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Mint
- Garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Chop sweet potatoes into chunks,
- Drizzle potatoes with Zims Tribe Rosemary Thyme Lemon in Red Wine Vinegar
- Smash Garlic cloves and add to tray
- Preheat oven to 220ºC (200ºC fan). On a baking tray, prick sweet potatoes all over with a fork.
- Bake until tender, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add peas and mint and cook for 5–6 minutes, until tender.
- Drain the peas, add butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Shred Spinach add to peas, sweat for 3 mins Season with salt and pepper and serve wit half jar Of Zims Tribe Spicy OH! R
